Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Sandbox purchases

ReguFile is currently in sandbox testing. Sandbox checkout does not create a live commercial sale and should not result in a real charge.

2. Business purchases after launch

ReguFile CRA is intended for business and professional customers. A paid Product Pack is generated specifically from the product information supplied for that purchase and is delivered digitally after payment verification.

For business customers, a change of mind after a successfully generated and accessible Product Pack will not normally qualify for a refund. This does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded.

3. When we will investigate a refund

Please contact info@regufile.com if there is a duplicate charge, payment succeeded but the pack was not generated or cannot be recovered, the wrong amount was charged, or a material technical defect prevents the purchased output from being used as described. We may first attempt to restore access, regenerate the pack or correct the defect.

4. Consumer rights where mandatory law applies

The service is not currently offered to consumers. If a transaction is nevertheless legally treated as a consumer contract, mandatory consumer cancellation, withdrawal, conformity and refund rights remain unaffected. ReguFile will provide any legally required withdrawal/cancellation functionality before consumer sales are enabled.

5. How to request help

Email info@regufile.com with the purchase email, approximate purchase date and a short description of the issue. Do not send full payment-card details.
